Hello Everyone,
The Society for the Arts in Dementia Care has recently produced a video on our art collection based on works of seniors with dementia. The DVD is about 25 minutes long and covers many of the art works that were donated by clients and their families and by creative expression facilitators and their directors of recreation and care. The video is based on our permenant art collection that has been displayed over the years. The Video was spnsored by the Alzheimer Society of Canada and will be shown at the opening of the Alzheimer's office in Toronto in May, 2009. The video is for sale and proceeds will be collected by the Society for future educational events. Personally, I am pleased with this video since it was a labour of love of many people.
