About Us

One of several directions in Dalia's work and research was to develop a program of Creative Expression Activities. Her intuitive methods for bringing out the best in people can be used by anyone. This eBook, which has been laid out using simple everyday examples, can guide the caregiver, at home or on the job, to bring out the still remaining spark within the individual living with early to moderate dementia.

The activities and the detailed instructions for setting the scene, preparing the participants by warming them up for the activity, are well-explained and tested. The CD version allows you to see Dalia in action, during actual sessions with a variety of individuals dealing with dementia.

The Dementia-Activities Website and Forum is an extension of the work done by the Society for the Arts in Dementia Care to facilitate an online access as a meeting place for sharing current information about creative activities, news & events and product information that may help and give support.
